RETURN POLICY:

Request a return number in writing from [email protected] for any item that meets the Return Requirements. A return will only be accepted with a daYana Return Number.

Return Requirements:

  1. Only full priced merchandise will be accepted as a return. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit.
  2. Items must be returned in original condition: unworn and must have blue dayana ticket still attached.
  3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The shipping and handling fee is $10 for all returns and will be deducted from the refund.

Return Procedure:

  1. Request a return number via writing to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of package. In the subject line reference “Return for Invoice #
  2. You will receive a return number and instructions for labeling with 48hrs. You will have 7 days to mail the package from the date you receive the return number.
  3. Fill out the return/warranty card that is included in the box.
  4. Repack the original shipping box with the jewelry and return card. Close the lid and tape shut.
  5. Attach the return label to the original package.

All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within 7 business days of receipt of product.
