RETURN POLICY:

Request a return number in writing from sales@dayanajewelry.com for any item that meets the Return Requirements. A return will only be accepted with a dayana return number. Follow the Return Procedure to ensure quick processing the return.

 

Return Requirements:

a) Only full priced merchandise will be accepted as a return. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit.

b) Items must be returned in original condition: unworn and must have blue dayana ticket still attached.

c) Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The shipping and handling fee is $10 for all returns and will be deducted from the refund.

 

Return Procedure:

1) Request a return number via writing to sales@dayanajewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of package. In the subject line reference “Return for Invoice #

2) You will receive a return number and instructions for labeling with 48hrs. You will have 7 days to mail the package from the date you receive the return number.

3) Fill out the return/warranty card that is included in the box.

4) Repack the original shipping box with the jewelry and return card. Close the lid and tape shut.

5) Attach the return label to the original package.

 

All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within 7 business days of receipt of product.

 

REPAIRS:

We will repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from dayanajewelry.com if they fall within the 2 year warranty period and are registered via the warranty instructions.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

Prices are subject to increase. Dayana Jewelry will only refund the original purchase price.

 

SHIPPING:

All merchandise shipped from dayana jewelry will be shipped via USPS to the cardholders billing address. All orders over $500 will require a signature at the time of delivery.
